Meet Ben Rhodes, Sales Representative at SurfacePrep’sSPT Division

Ben has been with SurfacePrep for over 12 years. He has moved from shipping to inside sales & customer service, and is now in outside sales.

“I truly appreciate the family atmosphere of this company. We have a great team of people who are all willing to help each other for the sake of the customer,” Ben said.

“Ben is eager to look for growth opportunities with his customers and is a quick learner with the coated and bonded products. We have had great success in improving his customer’s processes,” said Keith Coffey, a regional product specialist for SurfacePrep.

Ben finds it very rewarding to be able to provide ideas and solutions that improve his customers’ processes, potentially saving them time and money. “Building trust by always being a phone call away and following through so the customer knows that they can depend on you for any of their needs.” Ben said. He has several customers who he now considers friends of his.

When Ben isn’t assisting his customers, he loves to spend time with his family and trying to keep up with my 18 month old son. Ben has also been a musician for his entire life and has played the drums on hundreds of stages with a variety of bands. His hobbies include anything to do with music.
